Thank you, Physicians’ Medical Center!

Commit to be Fit is just around the corner and we are so excited! We have a variety of fun activities and booths planned for attendees to enjoy. From health screenings to dance and body weight workouts, we have something that everyone in the family will love. And you know what the best part is? It’s free!

We are thrilled to be able to offer these important services to Yamhill County at no cost to attendees. In-kind support and monetary sponsorship from local partners allows us to do this.

Our 2018 All-Star Sponsor, Physicians’ Medical Center (PMC), plays a big part in making this event possible. It also houses our SNACK office and family nutrition education sessions, so it has seen SNACK develop and evolve.

“I have been with PMC for the last 6 years and I have seen SNACK grow so much since I started. SNACK has an amazing curriculum and is constantly adding in new innovative ways for patients and families to interact and get people involved.” – Bailie Maxwell, Pediatrics Coordinator at PMC

Together, PMC and SNACK are able to offer services unlike those you see at a typical doctor’s office. We also partner together for Student Wellness And Games (SWAG Night) events, which are teen-centered preventative health events held each spring and summer.

“At PMC we are all about patient-centered care, and being able to provide the best care possible for our patients. We are focused on creating a brighter and healthier community. Because of SNACK, we can now provide more patients with education on how to lead a healthier lifestyle. We are so thankful for everything that SNACK does not only for our patients, but our community,” said Maxwell.

We are very thankful to have a sponsor and supporter like PMC.
