2026 Theme: The 8 Dimensions of Wellness

This year’s Community Wellness Day will center around the 8 Dimensions of Wellness (Physical, Emotional, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Environmental, Occupational, and Financial). We are seeking organizations that represent one or more dimensions to host a Wellness Station at the event. Rather than a traditional information only booth, Wellness Stations will offer a simple, interactive activity that helps attendees experience your dimension of wellness in action.

Example activity ideas include:

  • Journaling or gratitude postcards

  • Breathing or stress management exercises

  • Blood pressure or other biometric screenings

  • Mobility or movement activities

  • Budgeting worksheets or resume support

  • Recycled crafts or environmental projects

  • Reading to a dog or friendship recipes

If you are interested in participating but would like help brainstorming an activity, our team is happy to collaborate and support you in creating an engaging Wellness Station.

Attendees will receive a Wellness Wheel, which they will use to mark off visits to different Wellness Stations across the 8 dimensions. Each completed section earns raffle tickets, encouraging meaningful interaction with every organization and increasing engagement throughout the event.
