Go Be Great Jiu Jitsu Camp

Join the See Ya Later Foundation for a their first Go Be Great Jiu Jitsu Camp!

SYL and Impact Jiu Jitsu are thrilled to welcome you to the fascinating world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) through our brief introductory camp.

Have you ever thought about how to respond if you were attacked physically? Do you feel the need to learn self-defense techniques to protect yourself or someone you care about?

On day one, the focus will be on foundational Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) movements, setting the stage for various submissions. Day two will introduce submissions and their importance in BJJ for recreation and self-defense, emphasizing that Jiu-Jitsu is accessible to all, regardless of gender, age, size, or shape. BJJ is a dynamic martial art that offers self-defense, MMA opportunities, and a fulfilling hobby. Participants will gain insights into the practicality and excitement of BJJ within just a few hours.
