Volleyball Camp

“Go Be Great” Volleyball Camp teaches key skills like passing, setting, hitting, and serving through targeted drills. Ideal for beginners and intermediates, it also fosters teamwork and sportsmanship, with instructors offering interactive guidance to boost performance.

Baseball Camp
Join the See Ya Later Foundation for Go Be Great Baseball Camp!
“Go Be Great” Baseball Camp will focus on proper throwing/catching fundamentals, fielding, hitting, and baserunning. All athletes regardless of skill level will learn new skills as well as important life lessons such as teamwork, respect and responsibility. All kids will leave with new skills, new friends and love for the game.

Yoga Class
What: Join Sydney, our favorite kid's yoga instructor, for a very special kids mindfulness & movement class!
Sydney will start each class with some mindfulness practices and then transition to an age appropriate yoga flow or movement games, ending class in a restful state and a closing reflection.
Kids will leave feeling calmer & stronger in mind & body.
Teens will also learn mindfulness, breathing techniques, and practical tools for stress & anxiety management.

SYL and Impact Jiu Jitsu are thrilled to welcome you to the fascinating world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) through our brief introductory camp.
Have you ever thought about how to respond if you were attacked physically? Do you feel the need to learn self-defense techniques to protect yourself or someone you care about?
On day one, the focus will be on foundational Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) movements, setting the stage for various submissions. Day two will introduce submissions and their importance in BJJ for recreation and self-defense, emphasizing that Jiu-Jitsu is accessible to all, regardless of gender, age, size, or shape. BJJ is a dynamic martial art that offers self-defense, MMA opportunities, and a fulfilling hobby. Participants will gain insights into the practicality and excitement of BJJ within just a few hours. When: 12/7 & 12/8 - 9-11am
Who: Ages 7-17
Limit 100 spots per session

Fee: $40, although we wish that every child enjoys this great opportunity. If the fees limit your child’s attendance, please mark the scholarship box on the registration form with no questions asked.
